IMDb即將在2010年10月17日度過二十大壽，他們策劃了一個紀念專題，其中包括選出從1990年到2010年，該年之中最有代表性和影響力的20部電影，他們的評選當然有其專業水準，但也有我不甚同意的選擇，而且1992年和1993年竟然出現兩部重複的電影，不知是否為他們的疏失，另外，1999年到2001年的名單都是按字母排序(亦較主流導向)，不知是還沒排名，或是這三年影片太優秀難以排名，總之，以下是他們的名單(分為1990-1999和2000-2010兩篇)。
